Judy Titera is the Chief Privacy Officer at USAA based in San Antonio Texas. Judy earned an Executive MBA from University of Milwaukee –Wisconsin, a graduate certificate from Carroll University, a BA in Management from Ottawa University and holds many privacy and related certifications including CIPP US, CIPP/IT, CIPM and the CIPP Fellow of Information Privacy.

Judy comes to us with extensive breadth and depth of privacy knowledge with over 20 years working in the privacy field. She enjoys sharing her experience and privacy insights with anyone who will listen, which is more today than 5, 10 or 20 years ago. Privacy looks and feels different to each person and company.
